RCFkids!:

Why do you bring your kids to church? Why put them in Sunday school? Why send them to camp, VBS, and AWANA? Is it your hope that your children will become good “church kids” that know the Bible stories and memory verses? Or, do you want something more for your children…

RCFkids! Ministry exists to introduce children of all ages to a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. We want to see children that not only know Bible stories and verses, but that have a real relationship with the Lord Jesus! Our hope is that each child that comes through our ministries has the opportunity to know Christ and to really understand what it is to walk in relationship with Him. The goal of our ministry is to produce children that are passionate, world-changers for the Lord! Our passion is to show your children what it really means to follow the Lord with all of their heart, soul, mind and strength. At RCFkids! your children will be challenged to pursue a relationship with the Lord that will impact their daily lives.

Parents are the key!!! RCFkids! Ministries believes that the most vital part to a child’s spiritual growth is the example he or she sees at home. Moms and Dads are the most important influence in a child’s life, especially their spiritual life. Our desire is to partner with all of our parents in order to best develop a passion for Christ in their children. We know that we can’t do this alone and we know you, as parents, can’t do it alone either. We are teammates with all of you who are raising children. We know the challenges, fears, discouragement, excitement, growth and hope that all parents feel when they think about their children’s spiritual lives. We are here for you and want to help you along the road of parenting!

Sunday Mornings with RCFkids!
KidZone: KidZone is the RCFkids! worship experience. Your 1st-6th graders will begin each Sunday morning with an exciting time of encouraging worship through music! The music is always very upbeat and tons of fun! Your children will experience the joy and fun of worshipping our Lord through music. There are also games and other activities for the kids to do before the worship time begins. These are a great way to meet other kids and also get to know the RCFkids! Sunday staff.

Sunday School classes: We offer Sunday school classes for all children from Nursery to 6th grade at both Sunday morning services. Your toddlers and preschoolers will learn from Group Publishing’s Hands-On Bible Curriculum, where the Bible becomes alive as they use all 5 senses in a very “hands-on” approach to teaching and learning Scripture.

Your 1st-4th graders will move to their classes after the worship time in KidZone where they will be taught from Group’s FaithWeaver Sunday school curriculum. This curriculum has all 4 grades learning the same Bible passage and lesson, taught at their different learning levels. FaithWeaver also provides parent resources to help parents engage their kids throughout the week about the Bible lesson from Sunday morning.

Our 5th and 6th grade class uses Grapple, a pre-teen Bible curriculum from Group. Grapple is designed and written to challenge your pre-teen with current life issues they are facing. It deals with different issues and prepares them how to give a godly, biblical response to life circumstances as they come. Grapple also provides a completely safe and secure online community for the kids in our 5th and 6th grade classes. This provides our teachers a great opportunity to be in constant contact with their students throughout the week. The website is set up by Group and monitored by the RCFkids! staff.

AWANA: AWANA combines scripture training and games in a club for children (3 year olds — 6th grade). Kids are given an opportunity to learn God’s Word in a fun, motivational setting. AWANA meets Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:15, September through May. AWANA 2010 begins September 15th.
